This is no ordinary Thai eatery - Thai Memory serves FRESH authentic Thai dishes every single day; it's cool in style and warm in spirit.
Owners Pat and Tun pride their restaurant on serving not only a taste of Thai cuisine, but also Thailand.
Born and raised in Bangkok Thailand, Pat moved to Canada in 1999 and married Tun who then moved to Canada. Tun and her family have been running successful restaurants in Thailand before launching Thai Memory in July 2007. They wanted to give Hamilton true Thai cuisine - flavoured with their own creativity.
Thai Memory is the real deal - the only Thai chef-and operator owned restaurant in Hamilton.
That's why you'll find dishes seasoned with kaffir lime leaf, thai basil, Pandanus leaf and other essential ingredients that come directly from Thailand. The combination of classical training and authentic seasonings with fresh local produce and choice seafoods and meats gives Tun great freedom to create an extraordinary array of distinctive dishes, from the pleasantly mild to the intensely spicy. Pat and Tun's free-wheeling creativity and personality infuse everything about Thai Memory and make it a place that makes you feel very welcome.
